A patient can’t get better if they don’t make it to their appointment.

You can’t focus on treating patients if your time is spent coordinating rides.

FAQ for Health Organizations

Where are you currently operating?

RoundTrip schedules, dispatches, and monitors non-emergency transportation for organizations and their riders in ten states. A few of our major partners include: Mount Sinai Health System, Cooper University Health System, MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper, Nemours Children’s Hospital, Crozer-Keystone Health System, and GRTC (the government paratransit program) of Richmond and Henrico Counties, VA.

Who pays for the rides?

RoundTrip can work with any type of payor. Our Navigation center has experience with Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial Insurance, Patient Pay and Facility Pay rides. For facility pay rides, we will send you one invoice at the end of the month with all facility-responsible rides.

Do you obtain prior authorizations?

Yes! Our Navigation Center can help your care coordinators obtain prior authorizations, so they can focus on caring for patients, not coordinating transportation.

Do you integrate with EHRs?

RoundTrip is specifically designed to integrate with Epic, Cerner, and AllScripts. However, we are 100% web-based and can be deployed without any integrations.

Are you HIPAA compliant?

RoundTrip’s web-based application captures minimal PHI and is a HIPAA-Compliant platform. Our system is hosted on AWS and uses Aptible as an additional HIPAA security measure for encryption of all data at-rest and in-transit over HTTPS.
